About Le Relief
Le Relief brings together new, accessible rental condo projects developed on Montréal’s South Shore by a family-owned construction company active since the 1950s.
What is Le Relief?
Le Relief is a rental condo brand with several residential projects on Montréal’s South Shore. Each offers new, modern, well-designed apartments at rents intended to remain affordable.
Across all projects, the approach is the same: offer the comfort and finishes of a new condo at a more accessible price. Bright spaces, efficient layouts, durable materials and practical inclusions are part of the experience.
The first project, Relief Saint-Constant, was followed by Relief sur la Gare, also in Saint-Constant. Other projects are being studied elsewhere on the South Shore.
Our approach
Affordability
Rents are designed to provide value above the area average. Some projects participate in a CMHC program requiring certain rents to be at least 10% below market rates.
Construction quality
Modern finishes, quartz countertops, generous windows and durable materials, in a price range where these standards are rarely offered.
Energy efficiency
Better insulation, efficient windows and effective ventilation reduce energy use and improve comfort in every season.
Practical inclusions
Depending on the projects: five appliances, hot water, air conditioning, parking and storage spaces, to simplify the daily lives of residents.

Other Le Relief projects are planned in other cities on the South Shore.

Groupe Beaumont Élite II
Le Relief projects are developed by Groupe Beaumont Élite II, a family-owned residential construction company founded in the 1950s by Adrien Létourneau. The third generation now leads the company.
Alain Létourneau, the founder’s son, has worked with the company since 1977 and expanded its residential work on the South Shore. His son David joined in 2009 and leads the multi-residential division. The company has built approximately 8,900 homes. Its team includes about ten long-serving employees, several of whom have worked there since the 1980s.
Recognition
- An APCHQ Diamond Palm Master Builder since 2002, the association’s highest distinction.
- An AA quality rating from Garantie de construction résidentielle (GCR), its highest rating, based on building quality and the company’s financial ratios.
Property management (GIDL)
The rental and management of Le Relief buildings are carried out by Gestion Immobilière David Létourneau (GIDL), specialized in the acquisition and management of rental properties.
Residents deal directly with the owner and property manager for leasing, maintenance and after-sales service.
